Here you go Mistie, I did it. A layout in one evening. I said I would use my new pretty paper, crystals and my butterflies. This is what I came up with.
I just had to share this pic. I was home sick today with a headache. I was headed out to the kitchen for a drink and some more meds and found this scene unfolding!
I'm sure my daughter is going to love it that I did. Sssshhhh, let's not tell her. There's a poor little mouse behind that birdhouse.
This is what happens when I spend too much time surfing the net looking for inspiration. I'm supposed to be working on a swap instead of playing and making my sister pages. I added the stitching...it's finally totally done.
Here is project #25 for Whimsical Scraps & Bugs. We needed to use a song as inspiration. I'll Be is one of my husbands favorite songs and very fitting for us. We didn't have your traditional church wedding, we were married outside on a sunny day in bare feet. It was fantastic. These are some of the pics from that day.
I've just finished all 13 Blog Hop Challenges and my Project #25 for Whimsical Scraps & Bugs. It was my first project with them. I will post is as soon as it has been posted to their site.
This one was fun!! I didn't use the gumballs, I used something I would eat since the treat bag is for me for finishing all my challenges on the blog hop!
I had some help from my daughter on this one. We combined 2 of the challenges into 1. This card uses the sketch from Peachy Keen and the image from the Sew Many Cards challenge. This was a fun one! Please enjoy.
The theme was "SWEET" with glitter and stamping used. This is my granddaughter making cupcakes. One of her favorite things to do is cook. We've used stickles as the glitter and the little cupcake embellishment is stamped and colored with watercolor pencils. The paper is bazzill and AC Cardstock.
